Generally speaking, the standard bolts of M6-M20 size are made by imported Taiwan cold heading machines. 1. Wire pickling - annealing (according to the different fasteners have wire straight shaft) - pickling (wash oxidation skin, etc.) -- drawing line -- forming on the cold heading machine -- tooth rolling machine tooth rolling - heat treatment (6.8 level and nuts below 8 level generally not heat treatment) - electroplating (according to customer needs) - packaging -- shipping.
