Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of Wafer Head Self Drilling Screw involves several steps. Firstly, the raw materials such as steel wire and drill bits are selected and inspected for quality. The wire is then fed into a machine where it is cut and shaped to the desired length and shape.

Next, the screw heads are formed by a process called cold forging, which involves shaping the metal by applying pressure without heating it. This is done using a machine called a heading machine. The screw heads are then surfaced treated through galvanizing or other coatings to prevent corrosion.

After the heads are formed, the drill bits are attached to the screws through a process called assembly. The screws are fed into a machine where the drill bits are inserted into the screw heads.
